The site has no registration, waitlist, checkout, live Coach chat or health/training-data collection. Pages and assets are served by Netlify. Hosting processes the network request information needed to deliver and secure the site, including IP address and request metadata.
Optional website measurement is disabled. No optional measurement service or advertising pixel loads while its required settings and notice facts are missing.
Analytics choice and retention
When enabled and accepted, website analytics records only an allowlisted page, campaign and action label plus a random event ID for deduplication. It excludes account identifiers, health/training records, chat, free text and arbitrary URL parameters. Raw events have a 30-day target and are removed by daily cleanup after their full UTC day ages out (up to 32 days with a healthy scheduler); aggregate counts are retained for 13 calendar months. Hosting operational processing is separate from these optional event stores.
Advertising choice and OpenAI pixel
Advertising consent is separate from analytics consent. The OpenAI pixel remains disabled until configured, including evidence that advanced matching is disabled. If enabled with consent, the provider may set __oppref (30 days) and __obref (365 days). No customer matching identifiers are supplied. The pixel’s consent is explicitly denied before initialization.
QR reveals and outbound clicks describe website actions. They do not establish an app install, purchase, redemption or workout outcome.
OpenAI privacy informationReject, withdraw or block storage
Use Privacy choices in the footer to reject either optional purpose or withdraw consent. The functional choice is saved locally when storage is available. If storage or scripts are blocked, optional processing stays off; the pages and disclosures still work. Withdrawal stops future events and clears the pixel’s optional cookies where its SDK is available. Anonymous prior events cannot be linked back to you for individual retrieval.
Emailing us
If you email support or privacy, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to the owner’s Microsoft-hosted inbox to handle your request. Your email address and message are processed for that correspondence. Avoid sending health, workout or chat records. Contact privacy@jasonrae.ai with questions about access, deletion or how long your correspondence is needed; no automated email-retention period is claimed.
The app
Core logging and records are local-first. Optional connected features have separate availability, consent and processing boundaries. This website notice does not establish final app provider, account, backup, HealthKit or release behavior.
Export and deletion boundaries
Supported local controls can export or delete app-owned records. Deleting locally does not retract shared files or automatically remove data from a separately enabled account or service.
